Adotta CBD Reykjavík reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of a pricing or stock error. We also reserve the right to discontinue or change products without notice. Orders may be confirmed by email or by phone.

Prices and delivery

Prices in the online store include 24% VAT. Shipping costs are added at checkout. Delivery is handled by Íslandspóstur.

Delivery

Orders placed on cbdrvk.is are dispatched the next business day. If a product is out of stock, we will contact you and provide an estimated delivery time. All shipments via Dropp and Flytjandi are subject to their respective transport, liability, and delivery terms. Adotta CBD Reykjavík ehf is not liable for damage or loss of goods once they have entered the carrier's process. Items lost in transit or damaged during delivery are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return an item. A dated receipt must be presented. The item must be unused, in perfect condition, and in undamaged original packaging. Items with a broken seal cannot be returned or exchanged. Refunds are based on the price at the time of sale, except for sale items, where the price on the return date applies.

Defective goods

If an item is defective, we will replace it with a new one. We will also cover all shipping costs. A full refund can also be requested. This policy is in accordance with the Icelandic Act on Door-to-Door Sales and Distance Contracts no. 46/2000 and the Consumer Purchases Act.

Privacy

Adotta CBD Reykjavík ehf guarantees full confidentiality of all personal information provided in connection with transactions. No information is shared with third parties.

Governing law

This agreement is governed by Icelandic law. Any disputes arising from it shall be brought before the Icelandic courts.
